Good structure on the figure, and the mandalas on her skin and in the back ground are pretty sweet.

Nicely done! What a wonderful figure and creative design! My only suggestion (and feel free to ignore it :)) is I think the face looks flat compared to the rest of her, and could use a little shading -- everything else is so wonderfully rendered, that's the only spot that sticks out to me. My favorite part is the clothing and all the little details in the folds and creases that make it look like it's actually hanging off her body or in tension around her bust, not simply glued on. ^^

The face, although very beautiful, could have used a bit more shadowing to make it stand out with the rest of her body. Awesome job on detailing her tattoos and drawing her multi-armed posture.
